Oh hello fall! It appears that fall has made an appearance, finally. So with my favourite season finally arriving you can bet your money that I have the crockpot going in full steam over in my house, EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
I really wanted to share with you guys one of my absolute favourite recipes though. I literally wait for the temperatures to drop to single digits and then start making this weekly.
Are you ready for this? I am also going to note… I don’t really tend to measure things especially when cooking in the crock pot, so these are sort of guesstimates when it comes to measuring.
Pumpkin On Guard Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups steel cut oats
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup SkinnyGirl Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 1/4 cup SkinnyGirl Salted Carmel Syrup
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 drops doTERRA On Guard essential oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together into the crockpot.
- Simmer on low for 6-8 hours.
- Enjoy!
I do apolgize for being a bit absent in September, there was a lot going on with weddings, baby showers, and family emergencies. However I am back now! So get ready for some more great recipes!!
